Repeat this step until the surface of the bowl is completely covered. Be sure to make one of the dots larger than the other two!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Three:\u00a0<\/strong>Make the jellyfish&#8217;s twirling tentacles: Take one 2&#215;12-inch strip of tablecloth and\u00a0using your thumbs and pointer fingers, beginning gently pulling \u00a0your thumbs away from each other, from\u00a0the middle of the strip outwards.\u00a0This should stretch the tablecloth material, but not rip it. Glue the long edge of one ruffled tablecloth strip\u00a0to the outer rim of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Five:\u00a0<\/strong>Glue the remaining tablecloth strips and 12-inch crepe streamer strips to the jellyfish&#8217;s belly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Six:\u00a0<\/strong>Using tape or glue, secure a string to the top of the jellyfish.
